You ("Client") is hiring Cornerstone Solutions LLC d/b/a GROW Marketing Agency ("Service Provider") to do certain work. The following sets forth the agreement between us.

We are committed to serving you in excellence. We will treat your business as our own, performing our job duties always to the best of our ability with the highest standards. We commit to honesty, integrity, and faithfulness in all the work we perform for you.
Scope of Work
Service Provider will do the work ("Scope of Work") as requested by the Client. The Scope of Work will be mutually agreed upon by the Client and Service Provider prior to the execution of the job.
Intellectual Property
Client retains Intellectual Property rights of material produced by Service Provider for Client. In most cases, any material held with Service Provider can be relinquished within 48-hours, upon request.
Your Commitment to Us
Payment
Client will pay Service Provider in a timely manner, as agreed upon prior to the execution of the job.
Limitation Of Liability
Unless a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the liability of either party to the other for any type of damages shall be listed to the amount of service provider's total fees under his agreement.

Mutual Commitments
Independent Contractor Relationship
Service Provider is an independent contractor, not an employee of the Client. Service Provider is solely responsible for all taxes, withholdings, insurance, and any other obligations that may apply to an independent contractor.
Confidential Information
Any information supplied by one party to the other must be used only for the purposes of this agreement and must not be disclosed to other parties without the discloser's written consent. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or that the recipient already properly knew, developed or received independently. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this agreement.
