Job Description:

User-Centered Design (UCD): Ability to employ UCD principles to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences throughout the design process.


Prototyping: Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, using Figma


Wireframing: Skill in producing wireframes that outline the structure and functionality of digital interfaces, focusing on user flows and information architecture. 


Usability Testing: Experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing usability tests to gather valuable insights and refine designs based on user feedback.


Visual Design: Strong grasp of visual design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography, to create aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces.


Information Architecture: Understanding of how to organize and structure information effectively, ensuring logical and user-friendly navigation.


Interaction Design: Knowledge of designing interactive elements and microinteractions that enhance user engagement and overall user experience.


Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to align design decisions with business goals and technical constraints.


Communication Skills: Effective communication of design concepts and rationale, both verbally and through documentation, to various stakeholders.


Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies, design trends, and user preferences to stay relevant and deliver cutting-edge user experiences.


Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions within the constraints of a project.


Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs and a high level of precision in the implementation phase.


User Research: Proficiency in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis, to inform and validate design decisions.


Empathy: The ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs and preferences throughout the design process.


Storytelling: Skill in using storytelling techniques to convey the user journey and the impact of design decisions on the overall user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role in a digital agency setting.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX design projects and successful outcomes.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
