Core Expertise & Job Requirements
Deep, working knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems, including how channels function independently and integrate strategically
A MINIMUM of 3–7 years experience in:
Marketing strategy, consulting, or agency sales
OR Business development with a strong strategic component

Revenue Growth
Own pipeline from qualified lead → closed client
Collaborate with internal teams to scope solutions accurately
Ensure sold strategies are realistic, profitable, and executable
Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Relationship Building
Act as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson
Build confidence with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
Set expectations clearly to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
Internal Collaboration
Partner closely with Marketing, SEO, Ads, and Web teams
Provide clean handoffs with documented goals and success metrics

On Target Earnings - Compensation Plan
1st Year: $107,750 (Base $65,000 salary + commission NO CAPS)
