Job Description:

Managed Hosting, Security & Website Upkeep

  • Oversee hosting environments, manage DNS updates, and ensure backups, monitoring, uptime, and SSL renewals.

  • Maintain site security through plugin updates, theme updates, version control, and prompt issue resolution.

Technical Integrations & Automations

  • Configure and troubleshoot third-party integrations, APIs, tracking scripts, and plugins/apps (CRM, analytics, email platforms, payment gateways, etc.).

Website Optimization & Performance

  • Optimize website performance, including speed, caching, image compression, accessibility standards, and SEO-friendly structure.

  • Test and resolve cross-browser, mobile, and responsive display issues.

Quality Assurance & Launch Support

  • Conduct thorough pre-launch QA testing, troubleshoot bugs, and support smooth go-lives.

  • Maintain documentation for builds, changes, and ongoing platform updates.

Project Collaboration & Client Support

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, SEO, and marketing to turn creative concepts into functional websites.

  • Provide technical support, updates, and training to internal team members and clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2-4 years of experience in website development, technical implementation, or a related digital role.

  • Proven ability to build and manage websites on WordPress, Shopify, and other major website platforms.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, UX best practices, and modern web standards.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP; ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.

  • Experience with Google tag manager, Google Search console, conversion tracking, DNS management, hosting environments, and website security best practices.

  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization, Google tag manager, Google Search console, and conversion tracking.
