  • This role is not an entry-level position but the start of a new division within our agency with an opportunity for career advancement to Director Level leadership.

  • Proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role with a strong track record of successful SEO campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of keyword research tools, competitive analysis tools, and SEO analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.

  • Understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO strategies and their interplay.

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Keyword Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research using various tools and techniques to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords related to our products/services.

  • Analyze user intent behind selected keywords to align content with searchers' needs and expectations.

  • Regularly update and expand our keyword portfolio to stay ahead of industry trends and search behavior.


Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of competitors' SEO strategies.

  • Analyze competitor keywords, content, backlink profiles, and on-page optimizations to gain insights and devise effective strategies.

  • Utilize competitive intelligence to develop innovative SEO tactics that differentiate our website in the market.


SEO Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the SEO team and other stakeholders to devise comprehensive and data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Set clear and measurable SEO goals, and create action plans to achieve these targets within specified timeframes.

  • Continuously monitor industry best practices, algorithm updates, and trends to adapt and optimize our SEO approach.


On-Page SEO:

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures for improved search engine rankings and user experience.

  • Conduct content audits and develop content optimization strategies based on keyword research and user intent.

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices to enhance the relevancy and crawlability of our web pages.


Off-Page SEO:

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality and authoritative backlinks from relevant websites.

  • Collaborate with content creators and outreach teams to promote link-worthy content and gain external link placements.

  • Monitor and manage online reputation through brand mentions, press releases, and social media engagement.


Technical SEO:

  • Conduct regular technical website audits to identify and address issues affecting search engine visibility and performance.

  • Work with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure site speed, mobile-friendliness, and security.


Local SEO:

  • Implement local SEO strategies to improve the visibility of our business in local search results and directories.

  • Manage and optimize Google My Business listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of business information.

  • Encourage and respond to customer reviews to build a positive online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or similar

  • Basic understanding of HTML

  • Experience with WIX websites optimal

  • Experience with multiple website builder tools

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Bing Webmaster Tools, SEM Rush, Moz, SpyFu, and other SEO tools is paramount

  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous

  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

  • A fantastic, can-do attitude and desire to wow customers!
