Required:

  • A minimum of 3+ years immersed in the dynamic realm of digital marketing.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing a monthly media spend of $10,000 or more across diverse platforms and clientele.

  • Proven success in Lead Generation and E-Commerce ventures.

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Ad Editor.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.

  • Knowledge and application of audience segmentation techniques.

  • Experienced in implementing UTM strategies for ads and conducting A/B testing.

  • Familiarity with search data tools, technologies, and platforms.

  • An inherent love for learning, innovation, and continuous self-improvement.

 

Preferred:

  • Recognized certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, Microsoft Accreditation.

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment.

  • Marketing degree or equivalent industry experience.

  • A track record of achieving significant results with optimal ad spend.

  • A keen focus on impactful leads rather than vanity metrics.

  1. Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and drive holistic digital marketing and advertising strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels such as brand websites, search, video, content, SEO, and more.

    • Craft detailed campaign plans ensuring alignment with clients' marketing objectives, and overarching company aims.

    • Set clear campaign goals, pinpointing opportunities and potential challenges for clients.

  2. Campaign Creation & Management:

    • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Native Display Ads, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart, ensuring harmony with account managers and relevant teams.

    • Implement and oversee A/B testing to fine-tune ad variations and uplift campaign effectiveness.

    • Safeguard and distribute digital marketing budgets astutely to guarantee optimal ROI and attainment of revenue targets.

  3. Analytics & Reporting:

    • Delve deep into campaign analytics, delivering regular performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients alike.

    • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, optimizing performance to meet and exceed campaign objectives.

    • Ensure the seamless integration of UTM strategies.

  4. Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional units, including account managers, designers, copywriters, and other teams for streamlined campaign execution.

    • Cultivate relationships with third-party agencies, vendors, and partners to bolster campaign reach and results.

    • Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding their digital advertising endeavors.

  5. Industry Engagement & Continuous Learning:

    • Stay abreast of digital marketing and advertising trends, continually seeking to broaden knowledge and apply best practices.

    • Enhance SEO and SEM positions, ensuring prime visibility in a crowded digital landscape.

    • Handle multiple client campaigns concurrently with a meticulous eye for detail.
