90% of our shoots are local, within 50 miles of our office. The other 10% can be anywhere in the country and state. These jobs are pre-planned and are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

The job responsibilities include:Ā
Lead, plan, and execute high-quality photo shoots.
Follow the GROW process for photography shoots. Here is the process simplified.Ā
Introduction + explaining the process to clients.Ā
Send and review photography prep questionnaire
Prepare a Shot list and plan.
Meet with the client (phone/virtual) to go over the plan and shot list. Preparing them for the shoot. They are often nervous!Ā
Prepare equipment
Perform shoot (typical shoots are 1-3 hours), sometimes 2-3 locations in a small local market vicinity. The GROWmobile Tahoe is available for travel.Ā
Process imagery within 1-2 weeks.Ā
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of photography, ensuring the quality and consistency of visual content.
Develop and manage strong/positive relationships through client engagements, including regular face-to-face meetings, weekly telephone calls, and email communication.
Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
Guarantee compliance on client deliverables and budgets.
However rare, an occasional night or weekend request will be made. These are typically for events - such as the Cardinal Glennon Light up event, etc. These types of event requests are known in advance and it is our hope to attend them when possible.Ā Ā Ā
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a photographer with a portfolio that showcases versatility across multiple styles and techniques.Ā
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work for websites, social media, and PR applications.
Experience in shooting cinematic video is highly preferred.
Strong technical expertise in photography equipment, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

We are seeking a talented part-time commercial photographer to join the GROW Marketing Agency team. This flexible role averages 10-15 hours per week, with varied hours based on customer needs. You will plan and execute photography shoots for a diverse range of clients. While you have the freedom to coordinate shoot schedules directly with clients, sessions will typically take place between Monday and Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
We will provide all necessary equipment, but if you prefer to use your own, that's welcome as well.
All work produced will be owned by GROW Marketing Agency, with licensing rights then transferred to our clients.

The most common types of commercial photography shoots we perform are:
Lifestyle Photography: You will visit customer locations to recreate a typical day in the life of their business. These shoots are often staged with models. 75% of our shoots are for lifestyle photography as we use the photography for website creation and social media.
Event Photography: Capture content at live events, including speaker presentations and special ceremonies.
Headshots: Most headshots we produce are lifestyle-oriented. While we rarely conduct studio sessions, we have the equipment and backdrops to accommodate them.
First Responder Ride-Alongs: We work with many first responders and often join them on calls to capture on-scene content. During these shoots, we maintain a strong respect for privacy.
