Job Description:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and inbox, as well as the company inbox, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Coordinate project-related materials in Asana (Our project management software).

  • Assist in preparing proposal preps accurately and on time.

  • Help coordinate internal events from planning to execution.

  • Lead customer success initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
